The Village Care Home provides compassionate care for residents, caring for those over the age of 65. We receive exceptional reviews from families and visitors. All of our 40 bedrooms are equipped with an en-suite with a classic, homely aesthetic. We have daily visits from our local GP and community nursing services to ensure a consistent and responsive approach to the care we offer.

Activities

At The Village Care Home we offer a range of in-house activities which can be carried out with or without staff support. Some examples of the activities on offer are gentle exercise classes, pampering sessions, reminiscence, arts and crafts activities, bingo, dominoes, puppet shows, petsastherapy and card games. Outings to places of local interest can be arranged such as Roker beach by minibus or shopping within five minutes walking distance.
