Registered Manager

Tracey McCully

Tracey joined The Village Care Home in 1999 as deputy manager. She quickly progressed to her current position as Manager in 2002 and has 36 years of experience in the care sector.

Examples of Tracey's qualifications include:-

- Registered Managers Award

- NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care

- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care

- NVQ Level 4 in Catering and Hospitality

- D32/33 (A1) Assessors Award

The Village Care Home Staff

All staff are qualified in or working towards NVQ Levels 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care. All staff follow a training programme appropriate to their post to ensure that their skills and knowledge are kept up to date. Training undertaken includes by way of examples:-
